Important Notice: Please read the following agreement carefully before becoming a member of Feyon. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Agreement. This Agreement enters into force immediately upon the completion of the membership registration.

1. Parties
a) Feyon.: Refers to the team and management operating the feyon.com (and associated) internet operations.

b) Member: Refers to the internet user who registers on the Feyon. website or mobile application.

2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rules and conditions under which the Member shall benefit from the website and services owned by Feyon.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. Accuracy of Information: The Member declares that the personal and other information provided during registration is accurate and lawful. The Member shall be solely responsible for any damages Feyon. may incur due to the inaccuracy of this information and agrees to indemnify Feyon. in full.

3.2. Password Security: The password provided to or created by the Member is personal and confidential. The Member may not share this password with third parties or organizations. Feyon. reserves the right to claim compensation for any unauthorized use resulting from the Member’s failure to secure their credentials.

3.3. Legal Compliance: The Member agrees to comply with all applicable legal regulations while using Feyon. services. All legal and penal liabilities arising from any violation of the law shall rest exclusively with the Member.

3.4. Code of Conduct: The Member shall not use the Feyon. platform in any way that violates public order, public morality, or the intellectual property rights of others. Activities such as harassment, spamming, or the transmission of viruses/trojans are strictly prohibited.

3.5. Personal Opinions: Any ideas, thoughts, or comments expressed by Members on the platform are their own personal opinions and bind only the owner. Feyon. assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by third parties due to the personal opinions or declarations of a Member.

3.6. Data Security: While Feyon. takes high-level security measures, it shall not be liable for the unauthorized reading of member data or damages arising from the use of the platform, except in cases of gross negligence.

3.7. Unauthorized Access: The Member agrees not to access or use the software or data of other users without permission. Any legal consequences resulting from such actions are the sole responsibility of the Member.

3.8. Indemnification: Any Member who violates one or more of the articles in this Agreement shall be personally responsible for the violation and shall hold Feyon. harmless from any legal or penal consequences. Feyon. reserves the right to seek compensation for breach of contract.

3.9. Right to Terminate: Feyon. reserves the right to unilaterally delete a membership, delete files, or restrict usage at its sole discretion. The Member accepts this authority in advance.

3.10. Intellectual Property: The software, design, and content of the Feyon. website are the exclusive property of Feyon. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These materials may not be used, copied, or modified without express written permission.

3.11. Technical Data Collection: Feyon. may collect technical information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, access dates, and times for the purpose of system administration and service improvement.

3.12. Legal Disclosure: Feyon. may disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with legal requirements; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Feyon.

3.13. System Integrity: Feyon. employs measures to protect the site from viruses and similar malicious software; however, users are responsible for their own end-to-end security and antivirus protection.
