5. Limitation of Liability

Furthermore, Feyon. shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events deemed “Force Majeure” by law.

6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve such disputes.
